What did you like best about the course?
I thought the course was accessible and gauged at an appropriate level. I was not bamboozled with information and jargon. It was also relatable in that examples were given case studies in a way.
The use of humour also helps as it can be a fairly intense subject so I was not overwhelmed by the content.
It is a great overview of CBT / anxiety and depression with constructive and practical ways to challenge behaviour and assumptions.
Also, it underlined the fact that anxiety and worry is actually quite normal and that at times, recovery is dependent on various factors, but that it is achievable and can be quantifiable.
